Privacy & Cookie Policy

Who controls your data

Crispy Scale, operated by Justas Giraitis in Lithuania, is the controller for personal data described here. Privacy enquiries can be sent through the LinkedIn contact linked on this site.

What we collect

If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics may receive information about page views, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser details, referrer, and interactions with the site. We configure analytics without Google signals or advertising personalisation. If you contact Justas through LinkedIn, that platform processes the message under its own policy. Our hosting provider may process limited technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and security events to deliver and protect the site.

Why and how long

Consent is the basis for optional analytics. You can withdraw it through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Technical logs may be processed for legitimate interests in reliable delivery, abuse prevention, and security, and retained according to the providers’ operational schedules. Messages you choose to send may be used to answer your enquiry, discuss services, prepare a proposal, or meet legal obligations. They are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores an essential browser preference recording whether you selected “necessary only” or allowed analytics. It prevents the consent notice from reappearing on every visit. Google Analytics and its cookies load only after affirmative consent. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation remain disabled. You can clear site storage in your browser or reopen Cookie settings to change your choice.

Analytics processor

Google Analytics is provided by Google. Where enabled, Google may process data outside the EEA using recognised transfer safeguards under its applicable terms. Read Google’s privacy policy and its Analytics privacy and security information for details about processing and retention controls.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, including the GDPR, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority.

International services

Google, LinkedIn, and infrastructure providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards. Review their policies before using those services.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
